Bondage and Gear by Sir SD Michael
Heavy Bondage, Gear, and More!
In my research on uniforms, I found the procedures for straitjackets. To be honest, the scenario sounds rather exciting, under the right conditions of course. A whole assortment of restraints is needed – handcuffs, leg irons, and of course the straitjacket. What do you think?
From MCO 1510.86B (since deleted):
TASK: 5831.02.05 (CORE PLUS) DIRECT THE APPLICATION OF A STRAIT JACKET
CONDITION(S): Given a strait jacket, five assistants, a prisoner requiring
immobilized restraint, a set of handcuffs with key, and a set of leg irons.
STANDARD(S): Per the references.
PERFORMANCE STEPS:
I’ve been working on my duty belt lately for my MP gear. I had a basic nylon belt with handcuff cases, leg iron straps, and a key holder. It seemed a bit empty, so I decided to augment the belt with other useful items. No weapon holders or weaponry will be on the belt for many reasons. If nothing else, going into a bar with weapons is usually banned and unnecessary. Using the USMC regulations for duty belts as a guide has also helped make my decision.
My duty belt now consists of:
With all that, it seems pretty full and functional. I can hogcuff two prisoners if needed at the same time with a third also in handcuffs. From what I’ve been told in the past with the old setup, it was already “intimidating”. This should help. What do you think?
